The Conflicts Report identifies omissions and inconsistencies in a driver's
record of duty status (aka driver log). If left unresolved,
such omissions and inconsistencies may cause the driver to be cited for log form and manner
violations or for exceeding the allowable hours of service.
The Conflicts Report provides more details than the Home Page Summary
and can be used to view conflicts that are more than 15 days old. Motor carriers should also
use the report to monitor Unidentified Driver activity
i.e., Driving (D) status changes not assigned
to a particular driver's log.
