A driver group is a collection of drivers. Use driver groups to view reports for teams or
other small groups of drivers.
Driver groups appear in the Driver Filter drop-down list, below any
home terminal(s) to which you have Home Terminal Access.
No. Unlike home terminals, a driver group can be seen
and used only by the application user who created it.
This can happen in the following ways:
-
The driver may have been deleted. If so, the driver still belongs to your group,
but the driver's name and records are hidden from view.
-
The driver may have been reassigned to a home terminal
to which you do not have access. If so, this driver has been removed from your group.
* If all drivers are removed from your group due to home terminal reassignment,
the empty group will remain visible to you. You may add other drivers to this
group if you like, or you may delete the group.
This can happen in the following ways:
-
All of the drivers in that group may have been deleted. If so, the drivers still
belong to your group, but their records (and therefore, your group) are hidden from view.
-
Your Home Terminal Access may have been changed so that you are no longer permitted
to access the records for one or more drivers in that group.
* If you believe that your Home Terminal Access was changed in error, contact
your system administrator.

- Click the new button . This displays the Driver Group Detail page.
-

list to highlight it, then click the Remove button.

-

* Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard while clicking with your mouse in order to
highlight multiple names. When all desired names are highlighted, release the Ctrl key
and click the Add or Remove button as appropriate.
Points to remember when adding a driver group:
-
Although other application users cannot see your driver groups,
the name you choose will appear on screen and in printed reports.
Choose a Driver Group Name that not only is meaningful to you, but also conforms
with any standards in place for your organization.
-
If you have been granted Home Terminal Access to all
home terminals in the organization, you may
include drivers from different home terminals in the same driver group. If your
access is later restricted to a specific terminal, however, you will no longer be
able to view or select driver groups containing drivers assigned to terminals other
than the one to which you have access.
To edit the details of one of your own driver groups:
